The Blueprint

Seven commitments.
Zero excuses.

These aren't campaign slogans. They're a roadmap for how Ward 3 will be governed. Each priority is measurable, accountable, and built on data.

01

Accountable & Responsive Leadership

Your voice matters. I will listen, engage, and advocate for decisions made in the open, with the community informed every step of the way.

02

Fiscal Responsibility & Smarter Spending

Your money needs to work as hard as you do. I will stop the over-reliance on costly outside consultants, implement data-driven budgeting, and prioritize essential need-to-have infrastructure over nice-to-have vanity projects.

03

Infrastructure & Safe Roads

We need permanent, data-driven traffic calming solutions to keep our neighborhoods safe, not just temporary fixes. I will prioritize early, preventative maintenance for our roads.

04

Smart & Responsible Growth

Growth must be community-guided to preserve our lakeside charm. I'll fight to cut red tape, like evening and Saturday permit inspections, so homeowners don't sacrifice a day's pay to improve their property.

05

Support for Small Businesses

Local businesses are the backbone of Georgina. I will streamline permitting, prioritize local procurement, and make Town Hall a partner instead of a hurdle.

06

Protecting the Shoreline

The lake is central to Georgina's identity. I'm committed to safeguarding our waterways by upgrading municipal stormwater infrastructure and adopting smart, data-driven winter salting practices.

07

Cutting Red Tape

Municipal processes should help residents get things done, not slow them down. I will streamline permits, add flexible inspection hours, and remove unnecessary barriers.
